Creative Problem Solving - The Meridian Maze®

The Ultimate Alternative to Six Sigma

Get ready to ignite your creativity! This highly interactive program provides participants with an overview of a creative, yet structured approach to problem solving. This program covers how to be creative "out of the box" as well as "in the box" when dealing with regulations, budgets, and other constraints. The content is centered around Deming's Plan-Do-Check-Act model (PDCA) with the added focus of how employees can become more proactive and engaged in developing creative solutions to everyday process problems - something which will positively impact the experience of customers and employees.

During this program, participants are presented with an A-MAZE-ING dilemma that will take them on a journey with a designated team. From the start, sparks of creativity will build as the team gathers information about their problem, analyzes their current process, identifies root causes, develops solutions and an action plan, implements solutions, reviews results, and reflects on learnings. In addition, participants learn how to reinforce your organization's brand promise and how a culture of excellence provides a strong foundation for processes.

This program is an excellent team builder. Remember to wear comfortable clothes during this learning experience!

"I think the idea to translate the maze exercise into a learning opportunity about PDCA that also reinforces a culture of excellence is really brilliant. And your team pulls it off flawlessly. You had obviously prepared well and I think this new program offering is going to be both very popular and very useful. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of the final development; we enjoyed it and took away some valuable insights."
